The Panasonic SD-YD250 is a great bread machine for the beginner. It has a 6 preprogrammed cycles, it allows you to choose your bread size and crust preference. The only thing that you might miss is the viewing window. Panasonic states that this machine purposely doesn’t have a viewing window to “allow even reflection of heat inside the unit, which offers the following three advantages: excellent crust, good rising, and even color.” Especially when you’re starting out you might want to see how your dough is developing… Important things to note; Not all options can be combined. The company was established in 1918 in Japan and came up with its first “Home Bakery Bread Maker in 1988. Today we are reviewing the first Cuisinart Bread Maker in the  Best Bread Maker Reviews  series. Cuisineart became a player in the kitchen cooking appliances when it developed the ‘food processor’ about 30 year ago. Now they are offering a wide range of products from Microwaves to Coffeemaker to Bread Makers. The  Cuisinart CBK-100 Programmable Breadmaker  has pretty much all the features and functions that a beginner bread maker would be looking for. It even includes the necessary measurement equipment and easy to use recipes. For those who can only eat ‘gluten-free’ bread, this machine come with the needed ‘gluten-free’ bread maker cycle and recipes do bake you own gluten free bread. Best Bread Maker Reviews: Cuisinart CBK-200

Today we are reviewing the second Cuisinart bread maker in our  best bread maker review  series. The  Cuisinart CBK-200 2-Pound Convection Automatic Bread Maker  is very similar to the  Cuisinart CBK-100 Programmable Bread maker .  It has very similar functions and features which includes gluten-free bread, crust control, multiple bread sizes, etc. The main difference between the two machines is that the CBK-200 has more pre-programmed cycles (16 instead of 11) and the CBK-200 comes with a ‘convection fan’ to distribute the heat evenly. Important things to note; This bread maker does have a fan in it to evenly control and distribute the heat in the machine Bread pan is make of thin aluminum, some users complain about a pealing nonstick layer Some users have experienced ‘burnt crust’ even with the medium crust function One user explained that this bread maker does bake very hot, therefore recipes with lots of sugar don’t succeed too well.
