The company was established in 1918 in Japan and came up with its first “Home Bakery Bread Maker in 1988. Cuisineart became a player in the kitchen cooking appliances when it developed the ‘food processor’ about 30 year ago. Today we are reviewing the second Cuisinart bread maker in our  best bread maker review  series. The  Cuisinart CBK-200 2-Pound Convection Automatic Bread Maker  is very similar to the  Cuisinart CBK-100 Programmable Bread maker .  It has very similar functions and features which includes gluten-free bread, crust control, multiple bread sizes, etc. The main difference between the two machines is that the CBK-200 has more pre-programmed cycles (16 instead of 11) and the CBK-200 comes with a ‘convection fan’ to distribute the heat evenly.
